EFT for Balance to Create Inner + Outer Peace and Harmony

May I be True to my message

Perform each section on the right and left sides of the body, breathing slowly and deeply, with ease:

(Over the Eyebrow) -
I am peace, peacefully expressing myself as peacefulness.
(Side of the Eyebrow) -
I am peace, peacefully expressing myself as peacefulness.
(Under the Eyebrow) -
I am peace, peacefully expressing myself as peacefulness.
(Under the Nose) -
I am peace, peacefully expressing myself as peacefulness.
(Over the Chin) -
I am peace, peacefully expressing myself as peacefulness.
(Over the Collarbone) -
I am peace, peacefully expressing myself as peacefulness.
(Top of the Head) -
I am peace, peacefully expressing myself as peacefulness.

(Over the Eyebrow) -
Nothing can disturb this expression of peace and harmony.
(Side of the Eyebrow) -
Nothing can disturb this expression of peace and harmony.
(Under the Eyebrow) -
Nothing can disturb this expression of peace and harmony.

(Over the Chin) -

I welcome others to join me in Peaceful Harmony today
(Top of the Head) -
With ease, fun and enjoyment in mind, body and spirit.

Then grab your left/right wrist with your left/right hand (it doesn't matter which) and take 7 deep and slow breaths in and out.


(Tap over the Heart) -
I live a balanced life.  I take time to work and time to play.  I take time to learn and time to teach.  I take time to give, and I am open to receiving the bountiful blessings of life.  I spend time with myself.  I spend time with the Divine.  I spend time with others.  I spend time in nature.  I take time to spend time, enjoying all that life has to offer.  I live a balanced life.  For this and so much more, I am so thankful and appreciative

Sit in quiet meditation for a minimum of 15 minutes imagining how your day and life would look and feel if you are balanced in mind, body and spirit alike.  When you are done, continue with your normal daily activities. 

If you want a deeper experience, say the last affirmation you tapped over your heart, every hour on the hour, or a few times throughout your day.  Be sure to jot down in your sacred journal all that occurs during your day to reflect upon at the end of your day. 

Before you go to bed, allow yourself to fall asleep, imaging how your day would have looked and felt like, had you been completely balanced and in harmony with your inner environment and your physical environment during the course of your day.
